The double-bolt U-Anchor® built for modified bitumen. The plate comes with a membrane collar that attaches to the surrounding APP or SBS assembly, with a two-stud pattern for full HVAC units and heavier structure.

How it works
What this fits to, and what it is fitted to.
Attached on top of the cover membrane. It takes the wear from the equipment bolted down over it so the cover does not, and is not part of the waterproofing.
17.50" x 11.75", approx. 200 mils (APP compatible), factory welded to the plate and torch- or heat-applied to the roof in the field.
11" x 5.5" plate with twelve 0.265" fastener holes, fastened through the roofing assembly into the structural deck. It sits under the cover membrane.
