The foundation of the 3000 Series. A galvanized G90 steel plate with two factory-welded 3/8"-16 studs, flashed into built-up and coating assemblies by the roof crew, for attachments that need a second connection point at one U-Anchor® location.

COMPRESSION-FREE™
A watertight, Compression-Free™ seal. The U-Anchor® is considered a component of the roof and included in the roof warranty.
FACTORY-BUILT
Both studs are welded to the plate at the factory, not fastened in the field. Pairs with a cover membrane matched to the roofing brand, type, and color to complete the assembly, and takes any rooftop structure that bolts to a two-stud 3/8"-16 pattern.

Rated for wind uplift, seismic and vibration per ASCE-7.

The anatomy

U3200 anchor plate
G90 galvanized steel
11.08" x 5.47" plate with twelve 0.265" fastener holes around the perimeter, mechanically attached through the roofing system into the structural deck. Its edges are rolled rather than left cut, so no sharp edge bears on the roofing beneath it, and it carries two stainless steel securement studs for the equipment to bolt to.
