U2200-Plate
The U2200-PLATE is the base of the 2000 Series: a 5.5" round G90 galvanized steel plate with rolled edges that protect the membrane and a factory-welded 3/8"-16 stud. It's one of three parts. The plate goes down first, the cover membrane seals over it, and the separator sits on top to keep the equipment from wearing on the membrane. Together they make a U-Anchor — watertight, code-compliant and maintenance-free.

Specifications
COMPRESSION-FREE™
A watertight, Compression-Free™ seal. The U-Anchor® is considered a component of the roof and included in the roof warranty.
FACTORY-BUILT
The stud is welded to the plate at the factory, not fastened in the field. Pairs with a cover membrane matched to the roofing brand, type, and color to complete the assembly, and takes any rooftop structure that bolts to a 3/8"-16 stud.
ENGINEERED FOR LOAD
Engineered to carry wind uplift, seismic, and vibration loads through the plate and into the deck.
