Wall Mounted Tower/Stack Securement

A stack mounted to a wall is fixed at the bottom and free the whole way up. Wind pushes it, exhaust vibrates it, and the wall brackets take everything until they don't. Wall Mounted Tower/Stack Securement braces the run with guy wire attached to U-Anchor® bases, so the load transfers into engineered attachment points. The U-Anchor® is a component of the roof, not something sitting on top of it.

Drag to turn it

A wall-mounted tower or stack secured to 2000 Series U-Anchors.

How it works

It starts with a U-Anchor®, a component of the roof, sealed watertight at the point of attachment. Everything else connects your equipment to that one point.

The anchor

The part that carries the load. A galvanized steel plate with rolled edges that protect the membrane sits under a cover membrane matched to the roofing brand, type, and color, leaving a stainless stud at the surface for everything else to bolt to. Which one you use is decided by the membrane on the building, not by the equipment.

The kit

What connects your equipment to that stud. Supplied with the solution, and sold on its own where a job needs more of them.

The fittings

Collar — fitted to the equipment itself rather than to the roof.

Why it works

WATERTIGHT
The guy wire attachment points set on U-Anchor® bases with a Compression-Free™ seal, so the roof assembly and its warranty stay intact. No ballast holding tension and nothing tied off to equipment that wasn't meant to carry it.
ENGINEERED
Bracing that takes load off the wall brackets. Guy wire runs from the stack down to bases attached to the roof, resisting the wind and vibration that a tall wall-mounted run sees over its whole length.
PROVEN
Installed on commercial roofs nationwide, across every common membrane. The same attachment method carrying pipe and equipment on those roofs braces the stack.
