COMPRESSION-FREE™
A watertight, Compression-Free™ seal. The U-Anchor® is considered a component of the roof and included in the roof warranty.
FACTORY-BUILT
Fully encapsulated at the factory in membrane matched to the roofing brand, type, and color. No exposed fasteners, and the seal around the plate is complete before it reaches the roof.
ENGINEERED FOR LOAD
Rated for wind uplift, seismic and vibration per ASCE-7.

The anatomy
U2000 anchor plate
19 ga (0.047" / 1.194 mm) G90 galvanized steel
5.5" diameter plate, eight 0.265" fastener holes on a 4.125" bolt circle, fastened through to the substrate.
U-Anchor membrane cover
Thermoplastic membrane matching the roof — TPO or PVC/KEE
15.75" square cover, factory sealed to the plate and attached to the roof membrane around its perimeter edge in the field. The attachment is encapsulated, with no exposed fasteners.
Sacrificial separation disc
Factory fitted between the plate and the cover membrane at the bolt.
