Roof Ladder Securement Solution

The BLW 0170 Roof Ladder System by Anchor Products provides a safe, code-compliant solution for rooftop access. In line with OSHA 1910 and ASCE 7-16 requirements, it uses U-Anchor™ attachments for securement without ballasting or roof penetration, ensuring both safety and roof warranty protection.  Constructed from hot-dipped galvanized steel and aluminum, the system includes adjustable strut brackets, access walkway supports, and pre-assembled ladder components. All exposed parts are made of non-corrosive stainless steel or aluminum for durability in harsh environments.  The system is engineered for strength, featuring stainless steel wire rope with a 3,700 lb. breaking strength, with standard 10 ft. cables (custom lengths up to 100 ft. available). The ladder design accommodates two-tier rooftop access with detailed fastening hardware for stability.
