What is a rooftop attachment system?
An engineered method used to secure equipment, access structures or safety components on a commercial roof. It is designed for the wind, seismic and load conditions on site, and it attaches to the roof so it protects the roof's long-term performance.
Will the U-Anchor® work with different roof types?
Anchor Products designs attachment solutions commonly used with TPO, PVC, EPDM and coated roofing assemblies. Final compatibility depends on roof construction, load requirements and project conditions.
How is the right attachment method selected for a project?
Selection comes down to wind uplift conditions, seismic requirements and dead load weight, along with the roof type and the equipment being secured. Many of our solutions are pre-engineered, and our engineering partners can assist with any custom attachment.
