Rooftop Stairs
This is a safe and stable mounting solution for stairway access utilizing the U-Anchor™. Every solution is fully customizable and designed with the specifications of your roof, surface, location, and other variables in mind. The U-Anchor attachments provide an unmatched and reliable anchoring system to ensure that the system remains secured.
Rooftop Ladder
This complete solution allows for access and elevation on a rooftop. Utilizing the U-Anchor attachment, this is a common component for rooftop mobility and safety.
Security Camera Securement

Guy Wire Kit

The system is secured using the U-Anchor 2000™ Series Attachments and is customizable in variable sizes to fit your project. This solution is available as an attached system or available with a Guy Wire Kit, depending on your specific needs.
HVAC Tie-Down
With the use of U-Anchors and Guy Wire Kits, this solution secures your rooftop unit to the structure. The U-Anchor™ has proven effective in securing HVAC equipment in the harshest conditions caused by earthquakes, hurricanes, or other natural occurrences, and the Tie-Downs can be installed with the system or retrofitted as needed.

Exterior Light Mount
This securement solution provides an easy installation, a secure base, and the assurance that your rooftop lighting system exceeds threshold conditions and specifications. The U-Anchor is the foundation for all our securement solutions. Lighting is a key element to rooftop safety, and securing those safety components is vital.

Weather Station
This solution successfully maintains the stability of your commercial weather station system. Our securement solution utilizes the U-Anchor™ 2000 Series to prevent the adverse effects of rain, wind, or any other weather conditions on your system. The U-Anchor allows for the weather station system to be efficiently mounted at the standard 4-6 ft. above the surface of your roof.

2-Pipe Snow Fence
This snow retention solution utilizes a multi-pipe component secured by the U-Anchor 3000-S for retaining snow. Installing this solution system is vital when it comes to handling snow loads and the result of it melting. Protect your rooftop equipment and provide safety to things on the ground that would be vulnerable to heavy load of snow falling from the roof.
Single Pipe Securement
The Single Pipe Securement system offers a range of versatile options to be the perfect solution for your pipe support and securely attach a single pipe system to the roof. This solution is secured by U-Anchor 2000 or 3000 Series attachments and can be easily customized to meet specific project requirements.

Double Pipe Securement
A Pipe Securement system can sometimes run more than a single pipe, and this solution will safely secure two pipes, conduit or plumbing to the roof by utilizing the U-Anchor. Our solutions are the only ones on the market that are attached with a watertight anchor and are able to be included in the roofing manufacturer’s warranty.

Single Point Tie-Off
This solution answers the call regarding Fall Safety, and the strength of the U-Anchor U-4400 secures the Single Point Tie-Off that attaches to the tether of a roofer’s safety gear to prevent falls from the roof surface. Safety, strength, and stability in action.
Safety Monorail
This useful rooftop safety solution is the Monorail. It works similarly to the Single Point Tie-Off, but with the ability to tie off to a gliding rail, allowing for movement across the surface of the roof more freely and still have the peace of mind with the safety and strength of the U-Anchor.
Lightning Protection
This securement solution allows you to effectively secure the air terminals and the cable clamps safely on the roof utilizing the U-Anchor as part of a lightning protection system. Safety is important when severe weather conditions are present.
Wall Mounted Box
This solution is an electrical box designed to be mounted to the wall. The same concept and technology that goes into the Roof Mounted Electrical Box also applies here but attached to a parapet wall. This type of solution could be a space saver depending on your project’s specifications.

Signage Securement
This attachment solution ensures that commercial rooftop signage is mounted securely, with the help of the U-Anchor 3000 Series attachment. Commercial rooftop signage can serve as an integral part of your marketing strategy but can be susceptible to high winds and severe weather and needs to be firmly attached to stand against the elements.

Unitized Snow Fence
This particular solution utilizes the U-Anchor 3000-S Series, specifically designed and engineered for snow retention. When snow melts and begins to move, a snow retention solution is a must to ensure safety to equipment on top of the roof, as well as things on the ground below that could be damaged by falling snow drifts.
