Joel Stanley, Founder & CEO
Joel Stanley founder and CEO of, is the inventor of the U-Anchor and all its rooftop securement solutions. With a family history and decades of experience in the commercial roofing industry, he’s been awarded 26 patents. His down to earth approach and inventive nature have revolutionized rooftop equipment securement. He believes educating the industry on current and future rooftop solutions. Joel enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He volunteers at his church, supports Grapevine High School Lady Mustangs Basketball and is a huge fan of his son’s Southern Virginia University Lacrosse team.
Daniel Blasini PhD, Director of Operations & Technical Services
Daniel has more than 17 years of experience in the commercial roofing manufacturing industry. He possesses a technical background, with expertise in materials testing, product design and installation. He holds patents in material design and manufacturing of commercial roof membranes. The current focus areas at Anchor Products® are on manufacturing high-quality roof top attachments, codes compliance and promoting education via industry trade associations. He believes in the motto “Once a roofer, always a roofer”.
Scott Carpenter, Director of Sales
Scott has over 40 years of experience creating roof-top solutions while serving on numerous industry boards and advisory councils. A commitment to building trust and relationships with manufacturers, specifiers, and installers to create a great customer experience is his paramount focus. These valued relationships have established Scott as an industry expert in mechanical attachment/anchoring systems that blend high-value and operational security for the best fastening solution possible. Scott lives on his family farm in Locust, North Carolina with his beloved wife Lynn. Scott and Lynn have three grown children and four grandchildren. He is passionate about sharing his story and is extremely active in his local church and community.
Jim Renard, Controller
Jim has 17 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry and has more than 30 years of experience in the accounting field. Jim obtained his MBA in Accounting from Pittsburg State University and holds an active CPA License. Jim has a variety of work experience and knowledge from both manufacturing and commercial roofing companies. Jim has a passion for the commercial roofing industry and the accounting profession. During time away from work, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, family and traveling.
