Wittenburg Elementary School

This was an award-winning project for Duro-Last in 2021 for Specialty Roofing. What began as a leaky roof repair and replacement, turned into a top-notch project. Duro-Last used a custom color-matched green PVC membrane for this roof by Affordable Roofing, and the Anchor Products 2-Pipe Snow Fence system was added to manage snow loads on the roof and prevent snow and ice from sliding off the roof, damaging gutters or anything on the ground.

Caribbean VA Hospital

In September 2017, the island of Puerto Rico was ravaged by two major hurricanes in a two-week span. Category 5 Hurricane Irma and its 190 mph winds swept by the main island, causing significant damage across the island. Then, less than two weeks later, Category 4 Hurricane Maria gave the island a devastating direct hit with wind speeds up to 155 mph and had the capital of San Juan in its path. The U-Anchor U-2000 did its job, holding steadfast atop the Caribbean VA Hospital in San Juan.

Space Center Houston

The U-Anchor from Anchor Products is utilized across the globe to secure rooftop equipment in some very notable places. The U-2400 TPO Anchor was called into action atop the Space Center in Houston and is a vital part of their rooftop securement. NASA now could mean “Need Anchor Securement Attachments” if you are talking about rooftop equipment.

iPark Hudson

Anchor Products in the Big Apple. Flying debris damaged some of the solar panels at this exclusive office park during Superstorm Sandy, but the U-Anchors did not falter in those hurricane force winds, protecting that rooftop investment in the suburb of Yonkers.

Shedd Aquarium

Their commitment to sustainable and renewable energy prompted the installation of 575 kilowatt on-site solar installation atop a number of the soundstages at CBS Studio Center. From Gunsmoke to The Mary Tyler Moore Show to Seinfeld and more, CBS Studios has been the setting for so many memorable shows and movies throughout the years. Westin Dawn Beach Resort & Spa

The Westin Dawn Beach Resort & Spa in St. Maarten is a sprawling center of hospitality that found itself victim of the up to 190 mph winds of Category 5 Hurricane Irma and Category 4 Hurricane Maria in 2017. The U-Anchor proved its strength by withstanding devastating winds as our modules remained intact with only debris damage. Our U-Anchor 2000 secured this 900 kW project, and has withstood multiple hurricanes, of Category 1, 4 and 5 strengths, at this facility.
