U1200 Plate

The U-Anchor 1200-Plate is a lightweight rooftop attachment consisting of a U-Anchor 1000 series plate, designed to be mechanically attached and flashed with separate manufacturer approved method. Ideal for built-up roofs and pour-able sealant kits.

The U1400-EPDM is a lightweight rooftop attachment consisting of a 1000 series plate and EPDM cover membrane, which is factory cut and installed in the field. 

U1400-KEE

The U1400-KEE is a lightweight rooftop attachment consisting of a 1000 series plate and KEE cover membrane, which is factory sealed on top of the plate. The U1400-KEE is mechanically attached and provides a positive, watertight, manufacturer accepted attachment for fully adhered KEE single ply membranes.

U1400-TPO

The U1400-TPO is a lightweight rooftop attachment consisting of a 1000 series plate and TPO cover membrane, which is factory sealed on top of the plate. The U1400-TPO is mechanically attached and provides a positive, watertight, manufacturer accepted attachment for fully adhered TPO single ply membranes

U1400-PVC

The U1400-PVC is a lightweight rooftop attachment consisting of a 1000 series plate and PVC cover membrane, which is factory sealed on top of the plate. The U1400-PVC is mechanically attached and provides a positive, watertight, manufacturer accepted attachment for fully adhered PVC single ply membranes.
